Happy Holidays from my family to yours! šŸ˜Š For those who havenā€™t met me yet, My name is Ally. I am part of the tax team at TRPG. At the beginning of 2023, I got to fully experience my first ā€œTax Season.ā€ You may have gotten an email, call, or text from me regarding your taxes. One of the most rewarding feelings about tax season was when the TRPG CPAs raved about how it was one of their best tax seasons yet, and I got to be part of that. TRPG continues to support and provide resources for growth to their employees. I will forever be grateful to be given a chance to learn from everyone in this company. For my personal life: My favorite part of my day is STILL hanging out with my little family, which includes Julio Alvarado (Boyfriend), Joji (Fur Baby: age 5), and Ella (Fur Baby: age 4). Our days normally include a long walk and car ride after work. I am excited about what 2024 will bring. Again, Have a Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays from the Comerā€™s! Weā€™ve had another fantastic year in 2023 and collected many wonderful memories. The kids took their first airplane ride for our vacation to the beach in South Florida in the spring and another to the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, TN, in the fall. Of course, we peppered in many trips to our family farm in mid-MO. This year, we pulled the trigger and bought a side-by-side to enjoy on the farm, and weā€™ve all loved the new mode of transportation. We are grateful to be happy and healthy and looking forward to more adventures in 2024.

We wish you and yours a healthy holiday season and a happy New Year!Ā

Well, that was a whirlwind. Blink, and the year is nearly over already. In a hectic year, the highlights for me were the spontaneous trips around the country with friends whenever the opportunity came up and the time I spent with family. And as we head head into this holiday season and a new year approaches, I can’t wait for even more! May this holiday season be filled with joy and the company of those who matter the most!Ā

Warmest wishes, Gabriel Crowther

What an exciting year 2023 has been! My son hit double digits, and it is truly amazing to think about how much heā€™s grown. I have a new position at work, which has been really exciting and sometimes challenging, but Iā€™m learning so much. I am super excited about what next year will bring and to see how TRPG will grow and change.

From our family to yours,Ā

Happy Holidays and New Year!Ā

2023 was a year of lots of changes, most of them for the best. On December 23, 2022, a pipe burst and flooded my main floor while I was out of town – 2 inches of standing water. Summer of 2023 the repairs were finally complete!Ā  A few months later, I found a new home with TRPG. Who could ask for anything more?Ā  I’m looking forward to a peaceful holiday this year.Ā

In May, David and I celebrated five years of being a couple and are still enjoying time together. My family and I purchased a home with a guest house and all moved in together. It is nice having family close, especially since it is a group effort to care for mom and all our pets. To our large herds of rescued dogs and cats, we decided to add chickens to the mix. We now have two roosters, twelve hens, and four chicks. They provide a lot of entertainment and contribute a lot of fresh eggs for us and our neighbors. The next big changes are happening with our kids. The youngest is graduating high school this year. She has been tutoring special needs children at school and has decided to pursue this as a career. We have another kid planning to move out of state this summer and start college this fall. We are going to miss having him close by. It all reminds me of the line from a Carly Simon song, ā€œā€¦these are the good old days,ā€ and to embrace what is good about today.Ā

Approaching the holidays, we’re grateful for the chaos of the past year. Mercedes, now a 7th-grade soccer sensation, leaves opponents bewildered. Charli, in her final elementary year, attacks golf with more determination than a morning cup of coffee. Mandi, our boundlessly energetic heart, juggles business and parenting like a pro. Luke, fully embracing his roles as Charli’s golfing buddy and Mercedes’s enthusiastic soccer parent, is on a quest for the “Carpool Dad” trophy! This Christmas, bask in family warmth, quirky shared moments, and the love around. May the new year bring prosperity, health, and dreams so wild they make golf seem like a calm, leisurely stroll.

Warmest Wishes,

Luke, Mandi, Mercedes, and Charli

Welcome to the end of 2023! Looking back at the year, I see why people always say, ā€œWhere did the time go?ā€. Andie (5th grade), in her final year as an elementary student, is packing her schedule full of playing the trumpet, being a part of student government, playing club softball and club volleyball. Still, she loves it all, and we sure do love watching her create new friendships. Kane (2nd grade) is all boy and just wants to be outside playing with his neighborhood buddies. He squeezes time in to play some baseball and basketball, too. For our family trip, we decided that we would take the kids down to Cancun, Mexico, to enjoy all the fun at an all-inclusive resort. Water slides, the beach, the pool, sand games, and donuts every day for breakfast; they were in heaven. Kane said that being in Mexico was like having a YES day. You arenā€™t wrong, buddy!Ā  Casey and I decided to put a pool in our backyard last year, and it was completed in May and we couldnā€™t be happier. Cheers to 2024!

Merry Christmas from the Dickinsonā€™s. This year has been filled with new adventures and excitement. In February, we traveled to Phoenix, Arizona, to celebrate the 80th birthday of Markā€™s Dad. It was a long weekend filled with family, shopping, golf, and Royalā€™s Spring Training. Lauren had an amazing opportunity to travel to Rome for Spring Break. While she was off seeing the world, the rest of the family stayed home doing taxes. Tyler remains at K-State, where he is studying accounting. He is a senior planning to complete his master’s, so he has another year or so. He will be doing another internship this spring, focusing on the auditing side of accounting. Lauren was accepted to the Honorā€™s College at Pitt State University, where she is majoring in Biology and Chemistry; she is planning to go to medical school. We have been blessed with good health, happy kids, and playful pups.

We are looking forward to the upcoming year and anxious to see the changes in store for our family.

Happy Holidays, TRPG Family!Ā  2023 was a good year for our family. Our oldest, Ali, is in her second year at Turman State University studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Tyler started his first year of Middle School and joined the Archery Team and Ping Pong Club. Tim made a career move to the City of Lee’s Summit and is loving his new job. I celebrated my one-year work anniversary in October. It has been a great year working for a wonderful company with amazing colleagues and clients!Ā  Cheers to 2024!

Growth is more easily recognized externally than internally, so if I have grown a faction of what others around me have at TRPG, I would say it has been a fantastic year, watching careers advance, families begin or grow larger, and the addition of many new faces working around me. To make some footnotes on my personal front, it has been a year of beginnings, starting a master’s program as I prep for the CPA exams, tackling new and larger products, and even returning to some old hobbies such as rock climbing. As the year ends, I am thankful for my family most of all. The support they offer, and even just the feeling of being seen, the growth unnoticed by the self is always seen by family. My advice for the year is to find family anywhere you can.
