Meet Cael Crispin

Cael Crispin, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Iowa, is carving his path in the financial world. With a background in customer-facing roles and a newfound interest in the stock market, Cael felt the financial servicing industry beckoning him. His quest led him to search for a company that not only shared his passions but also prioritized the well-being of both its employees and clients.

Despite facing challenges in securing a job with various retirement and financial planning firms in Iowa, Cael’s journey took an unexpected turn. A connection in Kansas City informed him about an opening with an insurance brokerage during the summer after graduation. While grateful for the opportunity, Cael recognized that insurance wasn’t his ultimate destination. Fortunately, another connection from The Retirement Planning Group reached out to him about a new role on the operations side.

Thrilled to align his career with his aspirations, Cael happily joined The Retirement Planning Group. He has embraced the wealth of knowledge the industry offers, appreciating the support and camaraderie within the company.

Outside the professional realm, Cael immerses himself in reading books of all genres. His diverse interests also include skateboarding, solving the Rubik’s Cube, and indulging in video games. Family and friends hold a special place in Cael’s heart, and he derives immense joy from nurturing meaningful relationships.
