Trace began his career with The Retirement Planning Group as an intern before joining the team full-time after graduating from Missouri Western State University. With a strong aptitude for numbers and a passion for helping others, he initially worked as a Tax Associate, preparing returns and assisting clients in navigating their financial lives. That experience sparked a deeper interest in long-term financial planning and inspired him to expand his role within the firm.

Now serving as a Wealth Manager in TRPG’s Greensboro, North Carolina office, Trace helps clients create personalized strategies to achieve their financial goals. He takes pride in simplifying complex topics and building lasting relationships grounded in trust and transparency. His approach reflects both his analytical background and genuine commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s financial futures.

Outside of work, Trace enjoys spending time with his dog, Luna, a half-Australian cattle dog and half-lab who rarely leaves his side. He also has a passion for bodybuilding and restoring vintage Chevy square-body trucks from the 1970s. Originally from the Kansas City area, Trace values staying connected with his family, who are spread across North Carolina, Virginia, Oregon, and Kansas City, MO.
