Craig Garrett is a Senior Training Specialist at The Retirement Planning Group, based in Kansas City, where he focuses on supporting team development and helping create consistent, high-quality experiences across the firm. With a background as a Client Relationship Manager, Craig brings a strong understanding of client service and communication, which helps him effectively train and support team members in their roles.

Craig’s passion for helping others has been a constant throughout his career. Although he initially pursued a degree in psychology, his interest in working with people naturally led him to the financial services industry. He is committed to continuous learning and enjoys finding new ways to support both his colleagues and the overall client experience.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Craig finds solace and inspiration in the beauty of nature. Hiking and exploring the wonders of the great outdoors are not only his hobbies but also integral to his overall well-being. Additionally, he takes pleasure in immersing himself in the diverse culinary landscape of Kansas City, discovering new coffee shops and restaurants that contribute to the city’s vibrant culture. He’s a proud pet parent to his dog and two cats.
