Jeff’s professional path started with a lifelong curiosity about how things work and a genuine desire to help others. He began his college career studying biomedical engineering, drawn to the idea of creating technologies like prosthetics that restore mobility and independence. While he enjoyed the technical challenges, Jeff quickly realized that what motivated him most was setting ideas in motion, guiding decisions, and helping complex systems move toward meaningful outcomes.

After taking time to reassess his direction, Jeff shifted his focus to finance, seeing it as a strong foundation for leadership and problem-solving. What surprised him was how deeply he connected with financial markets, economics, and the inner workings of the banking system. As friends and peers increasingly turned to him for guidance on money decisions, Jeff noticed a recurring issue. Many families never receive the education or confidence needed to manage their finances, often putting off important planning simply because it feels overwhelming.

That realization led Jeff to pursue a career in financial planning. His goal was simple: to be someone clients could rely on to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to their financial lives. Shortly after graduating college, Jeff joined Plains Wealth Management as a Paraplanner on an accelerated advisor track and was promoted into an Advisor role prior to the firm’s acquisition. Today, Jeff serves as a Wealth Manager at The Retirement Planning Group, where he helps clients make informed decisions with purpose and direction.

Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys spending time with his dog, connecting with friends, cooking, and staying immersed in market and economic research. He also enjoys video games and hands-on projects that challenge him to keep learning. Whether it’s researching how to design and build a home or dreaming about assembling a motorcycle piece by piece, Jeff’s curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement shape everything he does.
