Meet Danyale Reid

Danyale serves as a Tax Coordinator at The Retirement Planning Group, bringing a strong work ethic, real-world experience, and a genuine passion for helping people feel supported. After graduating from Humble High School, she went straight into the workforce, beginning her career in accounts receivable and quickly building a solid foundation in financial operations.

In 2000, Danyale married her husband, and together they built their home in Cypress, Texas, where they raised their daughters. When her husband left the corporate world to start his own business, Danyale worked alongside him for many years and continues to lend a hand when needed. Her hands-on experience running and supporting a small business gave her a deep appreciation for organization, teamwork, and taking care of people.

After spending several years at home with her girls, Danyale returned to the professional world in 2020, joining a tax-focused firm in a client support role. She found her stride working directly with clients, helping them feel welcomed, confident, and at ease throughout the tax process. That client-first mindset carries into her role today, where she supports the tax team and helps ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client.

Outside of work, Danyale enjoys spending time with her family, grandkids, and friends. She loves reading, camping, boating, beach trips, traveling, and shopping. During the winter months, she happily slows things down and enjoys quiet time at home with her family.
