Meet Lisa Alvarado

Lisa Alvarado is a Tax Coordinator at The Retirement Planning Group, where she supports the tax team and helps ensure a smooth and organized experience for clients. She is known for her strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to providing thoughtful, responsive service.

Before transitioning into financial services, Lisa built her career in the hospitality industry, where she developed valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and client care. Her experience in fast-paced environments shaped her ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and create positive experiences for those she serves. She brings that same client-focused mindset to her work today.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. She is excited to continue growing in her role and contributing to a team that values collaboration, learning, and delivering high-quality service.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and her three dogs, staying active, and being outdoors. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and finding time to relax and recharge.
