Lindsey serves as a Client Relationship Manager at The Retirement Planning Group, where she works closely with clients to provide responsive support and help create a smooth, organized experience. She assists with day-to-day account needs, retirement plan servicing, and client communications, always striving to make financial processes feel clear and manageable.

With more than seven years of experience in banking and financial services, Lindsey brings a strong background in client service, operations, and relationship management. Over the years, she has developed specialized experience supporting retirement plans and working closely with plan sponsors on enrollment, ongoing servicing, and administrative coordination. She is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to following through for clients and teammates alike.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, gardening, and traveling. She loves planning her next trip and is always looking for a great book to dive into when she has free time.
