Meet Janis Milliron

Janis brings over six years of experience in the financial industry and more than two decades working in the non-profit sector. Her background has shaped her deep commitment to service and her ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships. Throughout her career, she has guided clients and colleagues with empathy and care, always working to ensure people feel supported and understood.

As a Client Relationship Manager at The Retirement Planning Group, Janis is dedicated to creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients. She takes pride in providing thoughtful service, answering questions, and helping clients feel informed and valued. Her guiding principle, “Kindness matters,” is reflected in the way she approaches every interaction, making trust and understanding the foundation of her work.

Janis has been married to her husband, Tony, for over 30 years, and they share one adult son. At home in Michigan, they also enjoy the company of their yellow Lab, Lambeau. In her free time, Janis can often be found watching football, vintage shopping, traveling, especially to Disney, or celebrating her favorite season, Christmas.
