Meet Trace Weatherford

Trace Weatherford began his career as an intern with The Retirement Planning Group and decided to join full-time after graduating from Missouri Western State University. He pursued accounting due to his proficiency with numbers and willingness to work. As a Tax Associate, his primary role is tax return preparation, and an unexpected benefit of the job has been its impact on people’s financial lives.

Trace’s family is spread out across North Carolina, Virginia, Oregon, and the Northern KCMO area. He has a half Australian cattle dog and half lab named Luna, whom he considers his ride-or-die. Trace enjoys bodybuilding and restoring old Chevy square-body trucks, primarily from the 1970s.
